Welcome to Speaker Hire CR! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Speaker Hire CR’s website, products, and rental services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Equipment Description

The Owner agrees to rent one of the following speaker or mixer equipment (the "Equipment") to the Client:

​

Electro Voice ZLX12

Electro Voice ZLX12

Subwoofer QLC 18"

Pioneer XDJ RX3

Pioneer CDJ 2000 NXS2

Pioneer DDJ FLX6

2. Rental Period

​

Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

​

3. Rental Fee:

​

The Client agrees to pay the Owner a rental fee for the Equipment as follows:

​

For example if:

​

The total rental fee for the entire rental period is 3500 USD

20% will be required upon signature of this contract

80% will be required upon delivery of the equipment

​

4. Refundable Deposit 

​

The Client shall provide a refundable deposit of 1000 USD to the Owner upon receiving the equipment. The deposit will be refunded to the Client within 2 days after the return of the Equipment, provided that the Equipment is returned in the same condition as it was when rented, less any applicable charges for damages.

5. Damage Cover

​

The Client shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment during the rental period. The Client agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of any damaged or lost equipment at the Owner's discretion. The Owner will assess the damage and provide an estimate of the repair or replacement cost to the Client.

6. Maintenance and Use

​

The Client agrees to use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Client shall not make any alterations or modifications to the Equipment without the written consent of the Owner.

7. Governing Law

​

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.

​

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Speaker Equipment Hire Agreement as of the date first above written.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
